"To begin with I have ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) which is terminal in most cases in three to five years. I have been very fortunate in that I am a long-term survivor of the disease being diagnosed in 1991. I was having a hard time getting proper nutrition from any of the diet supplements available on the market. My swallowing is getting more difficult and in order to get proper nutrition I have to to rely on diet supplements or go to a feeding tube implanted in the stomach. Christopher and Amanda heard of my plight and through the generosity of their hearts brought over some of the product they are trying to market. I must say I am very impressed with their product; the consistency is very favorable to the palette. It is very smooth and unlike other diet supplements does not have the chalky after-effects but a very pleasant taste. I think this product would find a niche in the health care of persons suffering from swallowing disabilities such as ALS. The fact that it has a high concentration of protein is an added bonus. I found that unlike liquids I was able to swallow in with a great deal of ease and did not choke at any time. I truly believe that this would be something that would be worthwhile pursuing and marketing. I also think that it would be beneficial not only to those with swallowing difficulties but to the general public simply because of the nutritional value and more especially the excellent taste and I believe one would complement the other."
